In the unify States at that time, there were many communists and other radicals, many of them immigrants. Americans were hard-pressed that they would be inspired by the Russian Revolution. Red Scare was a period when the Americans were scared of the collectivism would blossom and the capitalistic system in the united States would be endangered. This first major(ip) event happened in the period of 1919-1920. The Red Scare first became arise after the World War 1 for many reasons. There were many countries that were involved in this war because of the colonial alliances that were formed with increasing countries. The united States joined the war to advocate ally forces. This war turned into worldwide fear of the surmise that other countries might experience this same type of revolution.
