Jobs regulate the emotions of workers by having clear fraternization and agony policies set up for the employees. These policies are in place to comfort the employees from unwanted attention or awkward break ups deep down the company. Our teachers are our greatest resource when it comes to understanding the paths we have chosen and where they will lead, so I think it is entirely get for them to invite students to talk freely.
