It seems scary with every the shouting and screaming going around, but it was looked like it was a lot of fun. The sounds of screaming passengers coming from each direction give up butterflies in my stomach. The people who were on the rides ahead of us were restfully laughing, but some looked like they were dizzy. I was feeling a mix of fright and excitement as the line inched its way forward. When our turn finally came, my brother and I sat in the same car, near the front of the line. I glanced furtively, impatient for the roller coaster to fill up. When it did, I already felt giddy.
Soon, the roller coaster started to effort -- slowly at first -- almost as if it was being pushed manually from behind. I held on tight to the bars in front of us, as Ive seen the people in the back car do. Beside me, my brother had a look of intense worry, which he tested to cover by cracking jokes about me wetting my pants. We were on an upward climb. The tracks were groaning loudly from the weight, and I remember thinking that it was a very bad idea. When we reached the highest point and the roller coaster began its drop, I involuntarily let out a yelp.
