Throughout the movie, Lord of the Flies, you bewilder to see the different government structures form among the group of materialisation boys that have become stranded on the island. In the movie, Ralph, represents a democratic attracter. He is the protagonist of the story. Ralph seeks, and takes in everyones onions. He only makes a rule if everyone agrees with it. bullshit, the antagonist of the story, represents an authoritarian leader and also a leader that is in favor of creature force. Jack seeks top executive and control. He wants to make the decision whether or not everyone agrees as the movie progresses you see Jacks parent to advocator, as he becomes wildly barbaric. He comes to the point of cleanup spot two of the boys, and when something is done wrong he has no rile punishing them by using pain. I venture in the beginning the boys chose Ralph as their leader because the idea of having a polish environment was pleasing to them. After the boys started to realize that the chances of them being reclaimed was very unlikely, they began to follow Jack, as he was preparing them for life on the island, by hunting and such. The boys wanted in on the power Jack had. I think that the motivation for Jacks leadership style was that what he wanted most was power and control over the boys.
He wanted to be equal to manipulate them for his doing. I also believe that the motivation for Jacks leadership style was he believed that none of them would be rescued from the island, therefore it was survival of the fittest in his mind. Jack moldiness have felt that if they were going to have to live on the island he wanted to be one of the boys who survived. I think the motivation for Ralphs leadership style was that he in fact believed that they were going to be rescued and that until that happened everyone should remain as civil as possible and create a procedure community within themselves.
