The Allen Hope Healthcare Design

Organizational blueprint is what helps good conference and creates an environment that employees can be productive and work effectively. there are many factors that have influenced the internal and external design of The Allen Hope Healthcare (AHH) facility. Here at AHH we are a centralized organization. Due to the economic downturn there were plastered factors such as organisational structure, size, and environment that we needed to commemorate in mind in order to continue our victor within the community.
The Allen Hope Healthcare facility is a monolithic organization. We have 3,500 beds, 20 operating rooms, 59 discussion sections, 526 staff members, and vi specialty centers within the hospital including:

The Allen Heart Center
Healthcare for OB/GYN

Healthcare for Diabetes

The Allen Rehabilitation Center

The Mental Healthcare Center

Healthcare for Veterans Center

separately department has a manager. Each manager reports to the handler of that department. The director of that department reports to the assistant CEO who then reports to the CEO. The managers and the directors of each department can make department based decisions.



If the decision exit impact the entire healthcare facility then it postulate to be routed up to the CEO for final approval.
