My Maanagement Style

I was a manager for Taco Bell, for approximately 2 years, before I decided to end my career at our Taco Bell, and end up moving on to a better job, working(a) at a grocery store, which because I ended up working for the Bureau of drive Vehicles as an agent, and part time fraud investigator.
While working for Taco Bell, and being a manager, I took a perplexity Style Test, which told me that I am more of a relationship style manager, so to say. I actually so to say, tend to worry about my other employees, crew members, and the guests and I always end up communicating with my guests most of the time to make sure that they had a corking experience for what it could be worth since it was a fast victuals restraint and not a fine dining restaurant.
My employees were to sanely much take care of the restaurant, prepare food, make food, parry food, etc. Then they were to also make sure that the customers would play correct orders and items, and make sure they received them in a pretty well time manner.



A lot of the employees, would be compliant with what they were told to do, however, the younger employees would unremarkably and mostly be the ones that would bespeak with managers, and not require to comply.
Lets go to the customer base of the side now. Customers are usually ok, however, you usually function your couple of rude ones during each shift, which can result in someone all the way to getting arrested.
