The son was not delinquent in my opinion. The control board did in fact vote the son not wrong even though at the beginning of jury academic session all, but one man voted the boy to be guilty. I believe that at that place was not enough conclusive testify to state that the boy was in fact guilty of murdering his father. One of two marrow witness on the shimmy was proven or seen to not be wearing her eye glasses in attempts to look younger, yet this meant that the lady need eye glasses and that it was not probable for her to obligate seen the boy murder his father through the windows of the train. I believe that with the take the stand against the boy or in the crime scene at all there is room for reasonable doubt in the case and that the boy should not be directenced to the electric chairman unless he is proven guilty and that is a for sure belief. The decide said that if there was reasonable doubt then the boy should be declared “not guilty.” In my belief the evidence against the kid was all about the two witnesses, yet these witnesses have doubt in their own stories. Along with the glasses the grey man said he ran in 15 seconds which seems quite quick for an old man to get to his door and he said he saw a boy cut which is not conclusive.



The witnesses along with the other circumstantial evidence shows that there is reasonable doubt in the boy being guilty and therefore he has not be proven guilty and in my belief remains innocent.
I believe that the just about important juror in “12 Angry Men” was Juror
rest of the jurors at the beginning of the jury session and vote not guilty. If it wasn’t for Juror #8 choose not guilty in the first vote then the jury would have voted guilty and the boy would have been sent to the electric chair to die.
