Dear Mr. Johnson Hi Dennis, I know you are probably not expecting this from me, but this letter is long overdue. I let known you since Feb of 1997 when I was given a job at City Furniture, throughout my era there I was allowed to plump and develop my lordism. You have never been scared to tell me that you believed I was making the wrong choice or where you thought my stress should be directed. I call for you to know that the lessons I have learned from working with and for you, some that I can come to off the top of my address and others that I know I will be able to call on as I develop more into my profession and as I work with and manage people. One of the biggest things that stick in my head to this day is when I was managing for you and I would come to you with a occupation or a stain.

The first thing you said to me was, You make better have 10 solutions or possibilities to fix the problem and I will give you the 11th, which will be the correct one. I would get so frustrated at this saying at first, but it made me think before I came hurry to you with my problems, and most of the time I was able to fix the situation on my own without having to bother you, and this I believe was the lesson you were act to teach me. I believe one of the most valuable lessons however was when you told me, surround yourself with people smarter than you, it is no benefit to you to be the smartest person in the room or in the conversation.
