Assessing the lifestyle among obese adolescent females. Obesity has become one of the close to significant health concerns in developed countries during the last fewer decades, with the prevalence of corpulency increasing among adolescents. Obesity and intemperate are implicated in a disturbing array of health problems among the youngest and most vulnerable members of our societyâ€"children and adolescents. The ill effects of overweight on physical and mental health may persist into adulthood unless a healthier environment is created that supports and sustains healthy lifestyles. So, we project this research to assess the lifestyle among obese adolescent females.

And this descriptive study was conducted in representative sample (no =250) of Saudi adolescents girls from (1321 years), in school and university, and the techniques of sampling was questionnaires. Then analyzed unaffiliated variables included life styles of adolescent. And conclusions of our study are fleshiness affects numerous aspects of life for members of the study sample as they affect the index of movement and activity and eating habits and style of clothing, in accession to the vital functions.
